True Representation
We have zero tolerance for Plagiarism and/or use of another individual’s work. Falsifying or taking another person’s identity will lead to permanent ban from the platform. Submitting materials including but not limited to design, code, processes, workflows that are not your own will also receive permanent ban.
Hate Speech and trolling
As a proponent of Digital Rights and Digital Security, hate speech will be taken seriously. Warning will be received for first time offenders. Second time, the offending participants will be removed.
Data Security and Privacy
Most of the challenges will be open sourced. If the Project requires Non-Disclosure, the participant is to honour the NDA. Zeekwats are encouraged to use double factor authentication to secure your slack accounts. For more details on Digital Security, please find them here.
Intellectual Property
Source code required to build the output must be shared as a public repository on github. This is in the nature of building upon the work of the community.
Zeekwats (participants) are strongly recommended to check with the Employer policy to make sure that the work submitted on the platform is not in violation of the employers’ policies.
As precaution, Phandeeyar suggests not to work on Doh Phandee platform during working hours. The work produced shall not be in direct competition/based on/copied or any actions that would violate the employers’ policies if you are employed.
